For more than 20 years, Brian Stewart has helped medical providers build stronger, more efficient Workers’ Compensation programs. His career spans clinical practice, business development, and executive leadership—giving him a rare, full-system understanding of how WC works from patient intake to reimbursement.
Most recently, Brian served as Chief Development Officer for Kansas City Orthopedic Alliance, where he has helped merge five practices into one of the largest orthopedic groups in the Midwest. Under his leadership, the Workers’ Compensation department grew from 4 to 12 team members and generated more than $14M annually while supporting nearly 4,000 new WC and medical-legal patients each year.
Before that, Brian was a partner at ARC Physical Therapy+, helping expand the organization to 16 clinics across three states and more than 90,000 annual visits—nearly half involving work-related injuries.
Brian holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas and has been recognized as a KC Chamber Centurions graduate, NextGen Leader, and Early Career Achievement Award recipient. He currently participates in state WC organizations across Kansas and Missouri.
